Delete your account
Your DUMO LOGISTIC login belongs to the company you work with. Here is how to have it and your personal data deleted.
Drivers
In the DUMO app (or on the driver page), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then Ask to delete. Your office gets the request straight away. You can also simply ask your office.
Within 30 days your login, name, phone number and location history are deleted.
Office staff
Ask your company's DUMO LOGISTIC admin. Admins remove a login in Settings › Users; that deletes the login and its profile at once.
Company owners
To close your company's account, cancel your plan on the website, then ask us through the Contact page. We delete or anonymise your company's data within 90 days.
What we keep
Records the law requires, such as invoices and accounting records (7 years under the Companies Act 2016), and delivery records your company must keep, without the deleted person's name. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
